Shipping Policy

When you shop on Casual Decore.com, you can purchase items sold directly by us or by third-party sellers who list their products for sale on our marketplace. In either case, our goal is to provide you with an outstanding customer experience every time you shop with us. This Shipping Policy covers all items purchased through Casualdecore.com. We designed this policy to give you confidence that we stand behind the products on our marketplace. You should review these terms carefully before making any purchase.


Shipping

We ship most items out of our own warehouse. Normally we ship next day (Monday through Friday, except for holidays, thanksgiving, new years eve) via UPS and provide you with a tracking number via email sent to your registered email at checkout. You can follow your shipment using the provided tracking number at the UPS portal www.ups.com/tracking.

In such case that we ship something via a third party, we will also sent you an email at your registered email address at checkout.

Should you not receive an email with your tracking number 2 labour days after placing your order, please feel free to contact us at www.casualdecore.com/contact-us and please provide your order number and date.

Please note that in order to be able to ship an order, the payment process must be finalized and approved by your banking institution.
